Clause 01

Basic Android App Making (Promotion Offer - 3 Year)

This promotional plan was introduced by CTech Cloud on November 24, 2022, to enable users to onboard students into digital platforms via Android application solutions. The price of the Basic Android App Making (Promotion Offer - 3 Year) plan is 5000-6000 INR based strictly on project complexity and other specific technical requirements. The following terms apply retroactively and presently to this plan:

• The promotion included app making and uploading exclusively on the official company Google Play Console.
• No separate access, purchase, or transfer of the Play Console account is provided or permitted for any project under this plan. The application remains under the sole administrative control of Abhish.in.
• The company reserves the unilateral right to unpublish, suspend, or permanently remove products if they fail to comply with internal guidelines, overrule Google Play policies, or are deemed low-quality/restricted content.
• Withdrawal Notice: Abhish.in officially withdrew this promotional plan in May 2025. No new applications, extensions, or free rebuilds will be entertained under this defunct offer.

Clause 02

Authorized Communication & Credentials

To ensure security and verify administrative authority, strict communication protocols are now enforced:

• Users must use their originally registered email ID and credentials for all login attempts, support requests, or contact purposes.
• Any requests, arguments, or communication stemming from an unknown, unregistered, or third-party email address will be completely ignored and will not be considered valid correspondence.
• Abhish.in is not liable for any delays, loss of service, or account lockouts caused by the client's failure to maintain access to their originally registered email address.

Clause 03

Updated Maintenance, Add-ons & Termination Terms

Old agreement terms regarding project maintenance have been superseded by the following restrictive guidelines:

• Update Limit: Legacy applications and websites are entitled to a maximum of one (1) minor update per month free of cost. Any request exceeding this limit will be immediately rejected or require a separate paid maintenance contract.
• Add-ons: Any new features, third-party integrations, or functional add-ons will incur extra charges at current Abhish.in market rates. No legacy discounts apply.
• Service Termination: If a project is suspended or terminated due to non-payment, policy violations, or contract expiration, the user loses all rights to the existing setup. To reinstate the project, the user must repurchase the source code, hosting IPs, and SSL certificates with immediate effect at full price.

Clause 04

End-of-Life, Data Deletion & Legal Waiver

We enforce a strict sunset policy for inactive or expired legacy projects to maintain server integrity and reduce liability:

• If a legacy project's contract or validity dated over/expired before May 2025, Abhish.in reserves the absolute right to delete all data, databases, and files related to that project from our servers permanently without prior warning.
• As of January 2026: Abhish.in will no longer provide any information, backups, code, or support regarding these expired projects. We are completely absolved of any obligation to retain this data.
• Abhish.in is not liable to answer or entertain any queries regarding purged projects via any corresponding medium (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Waiver of Action: By using our services, the user explicitly agrees they have absolutely no right to take legal action against Abhish.in for the deletion of data, refusal of service, or termination of legacy projects.

Clause 05

Migration & Hosting Subservience (digital.42web.io)

For all projects explicitly migrating from the former digital.42web.io infrastructure:

• Free or subsidized legacy hosting tiers are officially abolished. All migrated projects are now subject to Abhish.in's premium server resource rules and usage limits.
• Projects consuming excess bandwidth or CPU loads will be throttled or suspended until a premium upgrade is purchased. Abhish.in dictates these limits internally.
• We hold no responsibility for uptime loss during the forceful migration from the deprecated 42web infrastructure.

Clause 06

Third-Party API & Plugin Liability

Legacy projects often contain outdated integrations. Abhish.in takes zero liability for their failure:

• If a third-party plugin, API, or external service integrated during the CTech Cloud or digital.42web.io era breaks, deprecates, or causes security flaws, Abhish.in is not responsible for fixing it for free.
• Repairing, replacing, or patching broken legacy plugins is strictly a chargeable, out-of-scope service.

Clause 07

Domain & DNS Ownership Control

Control over digital assets is maintained strictly by Abhish.in until all financial obligations are met:

• If a domain name was provided for free, subsidized, or fully managed by CTech Cloud or digital.42web.io, Abhish.in retains full administrative control and ownership of the DNS records.
• No free domain transfers (EPP codes) will be provided. Clients wishing to migrate away must pay the standard domain buyout fee as determined by Abhish.in management.

Clause 08

Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Defamation

Abhish.in protects its staff and brand reputation aggressively:

• Any client attempting to argue, harass, threaten, or defame Abhish.in staff regarding these updated legacy policies will face immediate and total project termination.
• In such events, all project data will be wiped instantly, no backups will be provided, and all IP addresses associated with the client will be permanently blacklisted.

Clause 09

Unilateral Refactoring & Code Deprecation

To uphold current security standards, Abhish.in reserves complete control over backend codebase architecture:

• Legacy PHP scripts, obsolete MySQL connections, and legacy APIs are subject to immediate deprecation without notice.
• Abhish.in is not required to maintain backward compatibility for custom routines created under prior management. Re-architecting old scripts to fit current server frameworks will require an explicit paid upgrade.

Clause 10

Force Majeure & Server Data Purging

Indemnity against server loss or external infrastructure changes:

• Abhish.in will not be held liable for any data loss, service interruption, or corruption resulting from hardware failure, cloud provider migration, cyberattacks, or force majeure events affecting legacy servers.
• Clients who did not purchase a dedicated offline backup package prior to May 2025 forfeit any claim to lost data or database restoration.

Clause 11

Absolute Authority & Limitation of Liability

To further clarify the operational boundaries between legacy clients and Abhish.in:

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of legacy migrations and past operational costs, absolutely no refunds will be issued for any past payments made to CTech Cloud, digital.42web.io, or Abhish.in under any circumstances.
• Intellectual Property: Unless explicitly purchased through a signed source-code buyout clause, the underlying code, UI/UX designs, and backend infrastructure remain the sole intellectual property of Abhish.in.
• Policy Modifications: Abhish.in holds the supreme right to alter, amend, or immediately enforce new restrictions on this policy page without prior notice to the client. The decisions made by Abhish.in management are final and non-disputable.

Clause 12

Finality of Migration

The structural migration process is irreversible:

• The migration of assets, data, and obligations from CTech Cloud and digital.42web.io to Abhish.in is final. There is no mechanism to revert to legacy systems.
• Continued use of our servers, attempting to log in, or maintaining DNS pointers to our IPs constitutes immediate, binding acceptance of all clauses listed on this page.

Legacy Project End-of-Life Schedule

The following table outlines specific legacy projects from CTech Cloud and digital.42web.io along with their official contract end dates. As per Clause 04, projects with dates preceding May 2025 are subject to immediate data deletion, and no information or backup will be provided after January 2026.
